Ando Agents

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 27, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Cheolgyun Park trading as CG Integrals (ABN 38 922 364 260) of Melbourne, Australia — "we", "us", "Ando" — about your use of the Ando service at andoagents.com. By creating an account or using Ando you accept them.

They come with two attachments that are part of this agreement: our Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Terms in section 14, which apply whenever we handle personal information on your behalf.

1. What Ando is

Ando is a team of AI assistants ("agents") that do everyday business work: finding businesses that look like your customers, drafting a first email, replying to enquiries, chasing invoices, sorting an inbox, researching, and onboarding new clients. Agents draft. You decide.

Nothing is sent to anyone outside your account unless you approve it. The single exception is a follow-up sequence that you switch to automatic yourself: that switch is one approval, given once, for that sequence only, and you can switch it back whenever you like. Everything an agent produces is a draft until you say otherwise.

2. Your account

3. Plans, payments, and Batteries

Current plans and prices are on the pricing page, which forms part of this agreement. Today they are Hire one (per staff member, per month, up to two), Team of three, and Whole team; larger arrangements are by agreement. There is also a Free plan, described in section 4.

4. The free plan

The free plan lets an account run one real job twice in its lifetime: Finder produces your first ten leads, and Outreach drafts a first email to three of them. It is subject to a small lifetime allowance of AI spend. Nothing is sent, and nothing is placed in your Gmail. It is there so you can judge the work before paying for it, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

5. How you may use Ando

You may not use Ando to:

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

6. Outreach: the part that is on you

This section matters more than any other, so it has its own heading.

When you send an email that Ando drafted, you are the sender. It leaves your address, it carries your name, and the law treats it as yours. For the personal information of the people you contact, you are the controller and we are your processor. That means you, not we, must:

Ando is built to help you do this — it looks for a general business address published on a company's own website rather than a personal one, it drafts one short message rather than a campaign, and it shows you every draft before it goes. The opt-out above is yours to give: a draft will not add one for you. But the tool cannot know your relationship with a recipient, and it cannot consent on their behalf. Read the draft. Send it only if you would be comfortable explaining why you did.

Some countries require you to say when content was generated by AI. Where that applies to you, say so.

7. Your content and your data

Everything you put into Ando, and everything your agents produce for you, is yours. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, send it to the AI providers listed in our privacy policy, and show it back to you.

We do not use your content to train AI models, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for advertising. A person at CG Integrals reads it only when you ask us to for support, when we are investigating a specific security incident, or when the law compels us.

Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. The rest of your data is stored as ordinary rows on our server. Our privacy policy sets out precisely what that means, including what encryption does and does not protect against; please read it, because it is written not to overstate.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected], and we will do it within 30 days.

8. Our content

Ando itself — the software, the site, the agent designs, the name and the marks — stays ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is open. You may not copy it, take it apart, or use it to build a competing service.

If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Ando without owing you anything for it. Feedback is not confidential; please do not put your confidential information in it.

9. Honest limits on what AI can do

AI drafts can be wrong. They can misread a thread, invent a detail, misjudge a tone, or find a company that is not what it looks like. Ando is built so that you read before anything is sent, and you should.

Ando is not legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for your own judgment about what to send and to whom. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a draft will be accurate, or that any outreach will produce a result. Third-party services we connect to — Google, Microsoft, Slack, our AI providers — can change, fail, or cut us off, and some of what Ando can do depends on them.

10. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Australian Consumer Law — which, for a service of this price, will usually include you even though you are buying it for your business — you have guarantees that we cannot contract out of. Among them: that services are supplied with due care and skill, are fit for the purpose you told us about, and are supplied within a reasonable time.

If we fail to meet one of those guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy. For a major failure you may cancel and get a refund, or seek compensation for a drop in value. For a failure that is not major, you are entitled to have it fixed in a reasonable time, and if we do not do that, to cancel and get a refund. You may also be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Where we are permitted by law to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, we limit it to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

If you are in the EU or UK, your statutory consumer rights apply in the same way, and nothing here reduces them. Where you buy as a consumer you may have a right to withdraw within 14 days; because Ando is a digital service that starts immediately, that right may end once the service has been fully performed with your agreement — Paddle, as the seller, will tell you how this applies to your purchase.

11. Liability

Subject to section 10, and to the extent the law allows:

You are responsible for, and will indemnify us against, claims brought by a third party arising from messages you approved and sent, from contact details you supplied, or from your breach of section 5 or 6.

12. Suspension and ending the agreement

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect, and if you do not accept it you may cancel before then without penalty. Continuing to use Ando after that means you accept the change.

14. Data Processing Terms

These terms apply where we process personal information on your behalf, and they satisfy Article 28(3) of the GDPR and UK GDPR. Where they conflict with the rest of this agreement, these terms win. Words such as controller, processor, personal data, processing and data subject have the meaning given in the GDPR.

14.1 Roles

For the personal data you put into Ando, and the personal data your agents collect about the people you contact, you are the controller and we are your processor. We are an independent controller for our own account, billing and security records, which our privacy policy covers.

14.2 The processing, in the detail Article 28 requires

Subject matterProviding the Ando service.
DurationFor as long as your account is open, plus up to 30 days for deletion.
Nature and purposeStoring, reading, analysing, enriching, drafting from, scheduling and sending, and exporting to tools you connect.
Types of personal dataNames, business email addresses, company details, web addresses, message subjects and bodies, notes and facts you or your agents record, and whatever else you choose to put in.
Categories of data subjectYour staff, your customers, your prospects, and people who write to you.

14.3 What we undertake

  1. Instructions. We process personal data only on your documented instructions — which this agreement and your use of the product constitute — unless the law requires otherwise, in which case we will tell you first unless the law forbids it. We will tell you if we think an instruction breaches data protection law.
  2. Confidentiality. Anyone we let near personal data is bound to keep it confidential.
  3. Security. We take the measures described in our privacy policy, which is written to state plainly what is and is not protected. We will not overstate them to you.
  4. Sub-processors. You give us general authorisation to use the sub-processors listed in our privacy policy, which names each one and the country it is in. We will update that list before adding or replacing one, and give you at least 30 days to object; if you object on reasonable data protection grounds and we cannot offer an alternative, you may cancel and be refunded the unused part of what you have paid. Each sub-processor is bound to equivalent obligations, and we remain responsible to you for what they do.
  5. Data subject requests. If someone asks us to exercise a right over data we hold for you, we will pass the request to you rather than answer it ourselves, and help you answer it.
  6. Assistance. We will help you with security, breach notification, data protection impact assessments and prior consultation, taking into account what we know and what is proportionate for a service of this size.
  7. Breach. We will tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with what we know and what we are doing.
  8. Return and deletion. At the end of the agreement, and at your choice, we will return or delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
  9. Audit. We will give you the information you reasonably need to show compliance with this section, and allow an audit no more than once a year, on reasonable notice, at your cost, subject to confidentiality.
  10. Transfers. Personal data is transferred to the countries named in our privacy policy. For transfers out of the EEA or UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent terms with each recipient, and those clauses are incorporated here by reference.

14.4 What you undertake

That you have a lawful basis for the personal data you put into Ando and for the outreach you send; that you have given the notices and obtained the consents your law requires; that your instructions to us are lawful; and that you will not put sensitive information into the service.
